- Company: CVS
- Pay: $17-$31.30
- Position: CS Rep
CVS is nearly always hiring more customer service reps. This position requires that you live in an EST time zone area with some CS experience. You’ll be handling customer calls so you’ll need basic interaction skills. Computer navigation skills are also required.
If you’ve done call center work, this position may be a fit for you. CVS offers full benefits with decent pay.
You’ll be working 8-5PM EST. This is full time. So you’ll get the evening to yourself. Apply before 12/16.
CVS will also conduct full training for this position.
If you don’t mind talking on the phone, this is very cushy position with good hours.

- Pay: $26 per hour
- Position: CS Rep
OutPLEX is a tech solutions company offering conversational AI. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers that require help with the product. You’ll be the liaison between vendors, teams, and customers. This is a FT position.
You’ll be helping on the phone, providing assistance with technical issues. You’ll need to be familiar with tech, computers, and software in general. Good communication skills are required.
This company offers high pay with full benefits, including IRA, PTO, and insurance. You do not need experience with the product as they’ll train, but you’ll need to have good computer skills with some degree of professionalism in customer service.

- Pay: $100 per article
- Position: Story Writer or Joke Writer
RD is a popular magazine with millions of monthly readers. They’re paying $100 for any funny story and even $25 per gag or quote you can come up with. Note they only pay if it gets published, so this is a long shot.
If you’re bored and have a lot of time on your hands, but don’t want to work for a permanent position, this is something to put that time to use.
Not that they do NOT allow AI generated stories.

- Pay: ~$34K per year
- Position: Remote Fraud CS Rep
Jack Henry is a tech company that’s partnered with banks. They’re hiring for a CS rep for Fraud Support. You’ll be helping callers regarding fraud reports on their cards.
1 year of CS experience is required, but you don’t need to know anything about fraud. They have a paid training program.
You can work anywhere in the US, even CA and NY. The pay range is up to 37K per year. Flexible schedules with weekends and holiday work is likely. Basic computer skills with data entry skills is preferred.
If you’re a highly technical person with CS skills, this position is for you.

- Pay: $17.50-18.50 per hour
- Position CS Rep
Kohler is a leader in the plumbing space. You’ve probably used their faucets without knowing it. In this position, you’ll be handling phone calls, assisting customers with product installation, troubleshooting, or pre-sales questions. You’ll be basically helping customers that are calling the Kohler hotline for support. You’ll need to have previous CS experience provided that they have high expectations.
Computer skills are necessary as you’ll be using their software to handle inbound calls. You’ll also need a distraction free workspace, which you probably have if you’re looking for WFH positions.
You’ll also need to work M-F shifts between 8-5. No weekends!
PT is up to 36 hours per week. FT is 40+, depending on peak season. Full benefits for FT workers.
Company: H&R Block
Pay: $17 per hour
Position: CS Agent
With tax season coming up, H&R Block is hiring seasonal CS reps to help people use their software. Similar to Turbo Tax, they’re taking in a bunch of newhires for the seasons. They have shift differential for mid, evening, and weekend shifts. They also may keep you on board if your performance is good.
You’ll need to be able assist clients using the software, so good troubleshooting is ideal. Be familiar with using a KB to help. You’ll be talking on the phone, email, and chat to help customers.
You’ll need some basic computer skills, distraction free workspace, decent WiFi, smartphone, and GED.
They hire people with previous CS experience in a call center. So you’ll get a heads up on the competition.

- Pay: $19 per hour
- Position: Seasonal Customer Support Representative
Intuit is hiring through Working Solution for the busy tax season. This is a seasonal position that’s completely flexible. You’ll be helping people with their Turbo Tax software. Note that you do NOT need to have previous tax experience as they’ll train you. They’ll need about 4,000 new reps, so it’s a good way to get your foot in the door.

- Pay: $20 per hour
- Position: Remote Data Entry Specialist
There are a lot of data entry scams, so you need to watch out for those that sound too good to be true. Backstop IntellX will have you meticulous entering data through Microsoft Office. You’ll need to have some experience working with these tools (Word/Excel).
You’ll also need to know how to work together online with colleagues. So some tech skills are necessary. You’ll have a routine workflow with targets each day.
Previous data entry skills are essential. 40 hour work week from 8-5 Central Time or 9-6 Eastern Time. This sounds like an idea data entry WFH position.

- Pay: $10-13 per hour
- Position: Remote Chatroom Operator
This gig pays you at least $10/h for up to 28h of work weekly. They’re flexible and can work with your schedule. You basically train their AI when it has some difficulty processing an automated response to user text messages. It’s pretty interesting.
No phone. Only chat. Some chatroom experience required.
- Company: PETA
- Pay: $21-27 per hour
- Position: Remote Researcher
PETA is a global brand, so this gig needs some experience. You’ll be doing research including SWOT analyses, creating presentations, communicating with corporate. Experience is required in a related field. You’ll also have to have some basic computer skills. This is a sustainable, real WFH gig.
